Diagnostic Test
- CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC
- Test drive the vehicle.
- Park the vehicle on a level surface and allow to idle for a minimum of 10 seconds.
- With the scan tool, erase ACC DTCs.
- Turn the ignition off.
- Start the engine.
- With the scan tool read ACC DTCs.
Does this DTC return?
Yes
- Go To 2
No
- If the DTC can be erased without returning, no further repair is necessary, test complete.
- Perform the ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM
- This DTC is an informational DTC detecting that there is a DTC stored in the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) Module.

- Repair the ABS DTC(s). Refer to DIAGNOSTIC CODE INDEX

It may be necessary to perform the ABS Initialization routine with the scan tool to reset the vehicle configuration.
