Possible Causes - Scan Tool Does Not Communicate With Can C (Hub Bus Style)
This diagnostic will not have Diagnostic Trouble Codes to assist in determining no scan tool communication with the vehicle.
Default Actions:
- Vehicle may start and run.
- Wipers and Headlights may be on automatically during an ignition cycle when communication is in default mode.
