Gear Mounting Bolts 203 150 -  
Hose Tube Nuts - At Cooler 15 11 130  
Hose Tube Nuts - All Others 28 21 250  
Pump Mounting Bolts 31 23 -  
Reservoir Mounting Screw 12 9 106  
Tie Rod Adjuster Jam Nut 75 55 -  
Tie Rod Knuckle Nut 30 Plus 175° 22 Plus 175° - Do not reuse fastener. If removed, a new fastener must be installed and tightened to specifications. 
STEERING COLUMN

DESCRIPTION N.m Ft. Lbs. In. Lbs. COMMENT
Driver Airbag Mounting Screws 12 - 105  
Intermediate Shaft Pinch Bolts 49 36 - Do not reuse fastener. If removed, a new fastener must be installed and tightened to specifications. 
Intermediate Shaft Extension Pinch Bolt 49 36 - Do not reuse fastener. If removed, a new fastener must be installed and tightened to specifications. 
Intermediate Shaft Extension Bearing Mounting Bolts 10 - 89 Do not reuse fastener. If removed, a new fastener must be installed and tightened to specifications. 
Steering Column Mounting Nuts 17 - 150  
Steering Wheel Retaining Bolt 54 40 -
