When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met

• With the ignition on.
• The battery voltage between 10 and 16 volts.
• The Body Control Module (BCM) is configured correctly.

Set Conditions: 

• Whenever Vehicle Immobilizer data sent over the CAN BUS from the Body Control Module (BCM) is missing part of the message, the message is corrupted, or the message is an irrational value.

Default Actions: 

• This is a non MIL fault.
