Plug, Glow: Installation

  1. Install glow plugs (1). Tighten glow plugs to 11 N.m (97 in. lbs.).

  2. Connect glow plug harness connector (1).
  3. Install the glow plug wire harness bracket. Tighten bolt to
  4. If removed, install the EGR air flow control valve. Refer to VALVE, EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) AIRFLOW CONTROL, INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the radiator crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, RADIATOR, INSTALLATION .
  6. Install engine cover.
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
