Module, HVAC: Description

The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) module (1) is a microcontroller designed to operate the heating and A/C system, using the Controller Area Network (CAN) data bus. The HVAC module has a plastic housing with three electrical connector receptacles (2), three mounting screw holes (3) and two locating tabs.

The HVAC module is mounted to the instrument panel support, behind the instrument panel center bezel.
