Installation - Nag1

NOTE:

If the Transmission Control Module (TCM) is being replaced, it is necessary to perform the TCM Adaptation Procedure using the scan tool. Refer to MODULE, TRANSMISSION CONTROL (TCM), MODULE PROGRAMMING .

Place the TCM (1) in position on the instrument panel support beam.

Install the screws (2) to hold the TCM (1) to the instrument panel support beam.

Push the wire connectors (2) onto the TCM (1) until the lock tabs click into position.
Install the driver side knee blocker.
Install the driver side under instrument panel silencer pad and courtesy lamp.
Connect the battery negative cable.
Perform TCM programming. Refer to MODULE, TRANSMISSION CONTROL (TCM), MODULE PROGRAMMING .
Perform the transmission verification test. Refer to NAG1 TRANSMISSION VERIFICATION TEST .
