- Connect the headlight and dash wire harness connector (3) to the AFLS module connector receptacle.
- Align the AFLS module mount to the blade-type bracket (2) integral to the right front corner of the Power Distribution Center (PDC) bracket.
- Push the AFLS module mount down over the bracket until the latch feature snaps into place.
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
NOTE:
Whenever the Advanced Front Lighting System (AFLS) module is removed and reinstalled or replaced with a new unit, it is necessary for the AFLS module to be configured and calibrated to the vehicle using a calibration procedure. Follow the programming steps outlined in the diagnostic scan tool for the "AFLS Module Calibrate" routine under "Miscellaneous Functions" for the "AFLS Module" menu item as appropriate.
