Module, Drivetrain Control (DTCM): Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Remove the cowl side trim panel (1). Refer to PANEL, COWL TRIM, REMOVAL

- Pull back the driver foot well carpet and position aside to access the Drivetrain Control Module (DTCM) (3).
- Remove the DTCM mounting fasteners (2) and (4) from the mounting studs (5) and (6).
- Remove the DTCM from the vehicle.
