Module, Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFLS): Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Locate the Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFLS) module (1) near the right front corner of the Power Distribution Center (PDC) in the right front corner of the engine compartment.
- Release the AFLS module latch tab by pressing it toward the PDC.
- While holding the AFLS module latch tab in the released position, pull the module upward to disengage it from the blade-type mount (2) integral to the right front corner of the PDC bracket.
- Disconnect the headlight and dash wire harness connector (3) from the AFLS module connector receptacle.
- Remove the AFLS module from the vehicle.
