Module, Adaptive Cruise Control (Acc): Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.

  2. Remove the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) Radar cover (1).

  3. The ACC Radar (2) is secured to the ACC Radar bracket by pinch tabs. Pinch/squeeze the tabs to release the ACC Radar from the bracket.
  4. Slightly pull out the ACC Radar far enough away from the Radar bracket enough to gain access to the wire harness connector (1). Disconnect the wire harness connector from the ACC Radar.

  5. Remove the ACC Radar (1) from the vehicle.
