Module, Door (DDM/PDM): Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Remove the lower trim panel from the inside of the front door. Refer to PANEL, DOOR TRIM, REMOVAL .

  3. Disconnect each of the wire harness connectors from the door control module (2).
  4. Remove the fasteners (3) that secure the door control module to the front door hardware module carrier (1).
  5. Remove the door control module from the door hardware module carrier.
