INSTALLATION

1. Install the Keyless Ignition Node (KIN) (2) into the KIN bracket (3). Verify the retaining tabs on the KIN (2) are fully engaged.
2. Install the KIN (2) and KIN bracket (3) into the right instrument panel trim panel (1).

3. Install the fasteners (2) for the KIN bracket (3) and tighten securely.
4. Install the right instrument panel trim panel. Refer to PANEL, INSTRUMENT PANEL TRIM, CENTER, INSTALLATION .
5. If the KIN is being replaced, perform the RFH verification test. Refer to RADIO FREQUENCY HUB (RF HUB) VERIFICATION TEST .
