Module, Drivetrain Control (DTCM): Installation

1. Position the Drivetrain Control Module (DTCM) (3) into the mounting bracket.
2. Slide the DTCM into place until the locking tabs are secure.
3. Connect the wire harness connector to the DTCM.
4. Install the cover panel onto the electronic module tub (4).
5. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to CABLES, BATTERY, INSTALLATION .
6. If replacing the DTCM, the transfer case, or both, use the scan tool to perform the Non-Volatile Memory Reset procedure.
7. Perform the DTCM verification test. Refer to DTCM VERIFICATION TEST .
