Set Condition

When the Radio Frequency Hub (RF Hub) is alerted by the Body Control Module (BCM) that the vehicle is equipped with the wrong type of Steering Column Lock module (Export Only), this code will set. The ELV is one style of the Steering Column Lock Module. The ESCL (Electronic Steering Column Lock) Module is used on other models.
