Set Condition

- When the RF Hub module detects a short to ground after 1 minute during an ignition cycle.
- When the RF Hub module detects an open or short to battery condition after 3 consecutive resets within an ignition cycle.
- When the RF Hub module detects inactivity (a stuck switch) for more than 2 minutes during an ignition cycle.
