The Left and Right Headlamp Leveling Control Modules (Headlamp Leveling Motors) are used to control the position of the Front Headlamps. The Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFLS) Module communicates with the Left and Right Headlamp Leveling Control Modules through a LIN Bus circuit. The Left and Right Headlamp Leveling Control Modules (Headlamp Leveling Motors) are integrated into the Left and Right Headlamp Assemblies. If a Headlamp Leveling Module/Motor is defective, the entire Headlamp Assembly must be replaced.
