- Check condition of Temperature and Manifold Absolute Pressure (TMAP) sensor O-ring seal.
- Clean the sealing area on the supercharger.
- Lubricate the TMAP sensor O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
- Install the TMAP sensor (2) into the supercharger. Tighten the screw (3) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the TMAP sensor wire harness connector (1).
- Position the PCV hose (2) and connect it to the supercharger.
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
