Center, Power Distribution (PDC): Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the Power Distribution Center (PDC) cover by removing the fasteners (1) that secure it in place.

  3. Remove the fastener (1) and disconnect the battery positive (+) lead cable from the PDC.

  4. Press on the release tabs on the side of the actual PDC (1) (not the housing) to release and lift up one end of the PDC. The other end is on a swivel.
  5. Remove all the electrical harness connectors from the back of the PDC.

  6. Release the PDC by pulling outward on the case where the PDC is connected to the housing.
  7. Release the PDC from the hinge pins (1) and remove the PDC from the vehicle.
