Module, Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC): Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the instrument cluster bezel. Refer to BEZEL, INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, REMOVAL .

  3. Remove the fasteners (2) securing the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) (1) to the instrument panel.
  4. Tilt the top of the IPC away from the instrument panel and disconnect the wire harness connector. Remove the IPC from vehicle.
  5. If necessary, remove the IPC lens by releasing the tabs along the perimeter of the IPC.
