Module, Integrated Center Stack (ICSM): Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.

  2. For manual shifter using a trim stick or equivalent, carefully release the retaining clips and lift the shifter boot (1) up.
  3. Remove the fasteners (3), then remove the shifter lever (2).

  4. For automatic shifter, place the shifter in the Neutral position.
  5. Using a trim stick or equivalent, carefully release the retaining clips and lift the shifter bezel (2) up.
  6. Remove the fastener (4) then lift up on the shifter knob (1) and remove.

  7. Using a trim stick or equivalent, starting at the rear carefully release the retaining clips and lift the shifter bezel panel (1). Disconnect the wire harness connectors and remove.

  8. Remove the four screws (2) from the Integrated Center Stack (ICS) (1) to the shifter bezel panel.
