Module, Keyless Ignition Node (Kin): Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Lower the steering column to the lowest position.
- Using a trim stick (1) or equivalent, carefully remove the instrument cluster bezel (2).
- Reach through the Integrated Center Stack (ICS) screen opening and disconnect the Keyless Ignition Node (KIN) electrical connector.
- Press on the tabs (2) and push the KIN (1) out the front of the instrument panel.
