FFCM-Half Module Calibration

The Forward Facing Camera-HALF (FFC-HALF) calibration will need to be performed under the following conditions listed below:

• If the FFCM-HALF and/or windshield has been removed or replaced.
• If the customer brings in a vehicle with Lane Departure Warning (LDW) system behavior concerns.

To carry out calibration, it is necessary to acquire a panel (specific equipment with which the network will be provided) and initiate a procedure with the diagnosis scan tool.

Calibration MUST be carried out in observance of the following conditions:

• Vehicle unloaded from excess weight in the cargo areas.
• Air suspension at level 0 (if present); otherwise, this does not apply.
• Comply with the distances indicated below.
• During the movement of the stand between the first and second distance, make sure that the panel does not move from the stand mounting.

1. Setup the (special tool #2076800080, ADAS Calibration System)
2. The name of the routine in the scan tool is "Service Single Pole Calibration" located in the HALF Misc Functions menu. Select and run this routine to begin calibration.

3. The panel must be positioned at a distance of 170 cm from the camera, which corresponds to 50 cm from the front bumper. The height of the panel's lower edge MUST BE 90 cm.
4. The front bumper to panel distance must change to 150 cm.
5. Wait for the scan tool calibration procedure to complete.

Possible system failures:

• Both Lane Departure Warning (LDW) warning lights are illuminated.
• Incorrect indications, activation of one of the LDW warning lights or failure to indicate due to parallel positioning errors during the calibration procedure.
