When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- The vehicle is plugged in and Charge Port Indicator Module (CPIM) inlet is locked.
- 12V battery is greater than 9 volts and less than 16 volts.
- Diagnostics are enabled.
- LIN communication is active.
