Module, Drivetrain Control (DTCM): Installation
- Position the Drivetrain Control Module (DTCM) (3) into the mounting bracket.
- Slide the DTCM into place until the locking tabs are secure.
- Connect the wire harness connector to the DTCM.
- Install the cover panel onto the electronic module tub (4).
- Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to CABLES, BATTERY, INSTALLATION .
- If replacing the DTCM, the transfer case, or both, use the scan tool to perform the Non-Volatile Memory Reset procedure.
- Perform the DTCM verification test. Refer to DTCM VERIFICATION TEST .
