Throttle Position Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect switch electrical connector.
2. Remove retaining screws, then slide switch away from throttle plate assembly and remove from vehicle.
3. To install, align flat on switch with flat on throttle shaft, then loosely install retaining screws.
4. Rotate switch as required until an audible click can be heard as throttle is moved from closed toward open position, then tighten retaining screws.
5. Reconnect switch electrical connector.
