- Check fuel injection system
- Check fuel pump drive control system
- Check power transistor
- Check power to electronic control unit
- Check control relay
- Check fuel injectors
- Improper fuel pressure
- Check for vacuum leaks
- Malfunctioning engine control unit
- Check for open or short in wiring harness and/or poor connections
