Axle Shafts - Front: Description

Each axle shaft uses a Tripod Constant Velocity (CV) joint on the inside and a Rzeppa CV joint on the outside. The outer CV joint has a stub shaft that is splined into wheel hub/bearing assembly and secured by an axle nut. The inner tripod joint is splined onto the transaxle stub shaft. The left inner boot is made of high temperature application silicone. The right inner boot is made of hytrel plastic. Boots are not interchangeable.
