Removal And Installation: Installation
- Be certain that the clockspring is not damaged.
- Connect the wire harness connectors.
- Position the clockspring for airbag module on steering wheel, engage the upper retaining clip and the side retainers.
- Install the steering column upper and lower shrouds. Refer to SHROUD, STEERING COLUMN, LOWER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATIONSHROUD, STEERING COLUMN, UPPER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

- Install the steering wheel. Refer to WHEEL, STEERING, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
- Connect the scan tool and check that there are no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) in the system.
