Heater, Engine Block: Installation

  1. Thoroughly clean cylinder block core hole and block heater seat.
  2. Insert block heater assembly (3) into the block.
  3. With block heater fully seated, tighten bolt (2) to 3 Nm (27 lbf-in).
  4. Connect power cord to block heater (2).
