Module, Radio Receiver: Removal

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the switch pod. Refer to POD, SWITCH, REMOVAL .

Remove the four mounting fasteners (1a).
Carefully remove radio (1b).

Disconnect the radio (1a) electrical connector (3a).
CAUTION:
Pulling the antenna cable straight out of the radio without pulling on the locking antenna connector could damage the cable or radio.
Disconnect the antenna connectors (2) and remove the radio from the vehicle.
