Float Level

Remove air cleaner.
Remove carburetor air horn from carburetor main body.
Remove gasket from air horn.
Hold carburetor in vertical position. See Fig 1.
NOTE: Needle and seat assembly are spring loaded. Air horn must be held vertically to obtain accurate float setting.

Insert drill bit or pin gauge of correct size between float and air horn casting gasket surface. To adjust, bend float arm at float.
