SERVICE INFORMATION

Three conditions may be encountered relating to the TFI module connector, manifold pressure sensor connector, and relay connectors. The first is that the terminal may not be fully installed into the connector prior to molding. The second is that the wire has broken in the terminal or adjacent to it. The third concern is a broken connector locking retaining tab.

Four (4) molded connectors with eight inch wire leads have been released for service of this concern.

Figure 1 identifies the type of connector and application.
