The following updates the 1985 Volume C and Volume H Shop Manual information regarding the EEC Power Relay Location and Pin-out.

Vehicles Affected

^ Pin-out revisions (Volume H)
All 1985 EEC equipped vehicles.

^ Revised Relay Location (Volume C)
All 1985 Tempo/Topaz vehicles.

Attachment I reflects the necessary changes to Volume H, Section 3-64 revising the EEC Power Relay Pin-out.

Attachment II illustrates the correct location of the EEC power relay which is behind the glove box. Originally, the 1985 Car Shop Manual, Volume C, Section 34-20-2, showed the EEC power relay location adjacent to the EEC control module.
