Outside Mirror Switch
- Check 15 amp courtesy light fuse, replace if blown. Using putty knife or similar tool pry mirror switch out of housing.
- Remove connector at switch and check for voltage across circuits No. 54 Light Green/Yellow and No. 57 Black. See Fig 1
. If no voltage, check No. 54 Light Green/Yellow to a good ground. If still no voltage, trace problem in No. 54 Light Green/Yellow wire.
- If voltage is present in above tests, check switch by jumping across appropriate terminals using the logic chart.
- If mirrors operate using the chart, replace the switch. If mirrors do not operate, problem is in mirror or wiring harness to mirror.
