Servo Assembly (Mustang)

  1. Separate 8-pin connector at amplifier. Connect ohmmeter between Orange/Yellow and Gray/Black leads at connector. Resistance of 40-75 ohms should be obtained.
  2. Connect ohmmeter leads between Orange/Yellow and White/pink leads of connector. Resistance of 100-150 ohms should be obtained. If proper resistance is not obtained, check wiring and servo separately for damage. Repair or replace as necessary.
NOTE: DO NOT use a test light to perform amplifier test because too much current draw will damage electronic components. Use only a voltmeter of 5000 volt/ohm rating or higher.
