High Signal Check

Turn wiper switch on "HI". Check for continuity between ground and BLU/RED wire at wiper/washer switch connector. If continuity is not present, replace wiper/washer switch. If continuity is present, repair BLU/RED wire between wiper/washer switch and wiper motor.
