Test 21, A/C Condenser Fan Relay Power Check
Turn ignition on. Remove A/C relay. Using a voltmeter, check voltage between Blue/Black and Green/White terminals. If both readings are more than 10 volts, install A/C relay and check operation of A/C-heater module. If reading at Green/White wire is less than 10 volts, repair Green/White wire from A/C relay to ignition relay. If reading at Blue/Black wire is less than 10 volts, repair Blue/Black wire from A/C relay to condenser fan motor.
