Control Module Power Feed Check

  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect EVO control module 14-pin connector. Turn ignition to "Run" position. Using a digital volt-ohmmeter measure voltage from pin No. 7 (ignition-run only, (Purple/Orange wire) and pin No. 5 (ground, Black wire) at 14-pin connector.
  2. If 12 volts are present, replace EVO control module. If no voltage is present, repair short to ground or open in Purple/Orange wire (circuit No. 298). Return to QUICK TEST A0  .
