Removal & Installation: Notes

On all models except 7.3L Diesel, fuel system pressure must be released before removing engine. Remove negative battery cable. Remove fuel cap to release fuel tank pressure. Remove relief valve cap from fuel rail. Connect fuel pressure gauge to relief valve and release fuel pressure into a suitable container.
