Mist Signal Test, Mist Inoperative

  1. Turn ignition on. Set W/W switch in OFF position. Connect jumper wire between ground and Blue/Yellow wire at interval governor. If MIST function does not operate, replace interval governor. If MIST function operates, go to step 2).
  2. Connect jumper wire between ground and Blue/Yellow wire at wiper/washer switch connector. If MIST function does not operate, repair open condition in Blue/Yellow wire between wiper/washer switch and interval governor. If MIST function operates, replace wiper/washer switch.
