Radio Fuse-To-Accessory Relay Test

  1. Turn ignition on. Ensure W/W switch is in OFF position. Connect voltmeter between ground and Black/White wire terminal of accessory relay connector.
  2. If voltage is 11-13 volts, go to ACCESSORY RELAY TEST. If voltage is not 11-13 volts, check RADIO fuse (15A) in interior fuse panel.
  3. If fuse is okay, repair open condition in Black/White wire between interior fuse panel and accessory relay. If fuse is open, replace fuse. If fuse blows again, repair short to ground in Black/White wire between accessory relay and interior fuse panel.
