Pinpoint Test Q4: Test Connector Ground

Disconnect VAPS test connector from mounting. Set VOM on 200-ohm scale. Measure resistance between Black wire and ground. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, proceed to PINPOINT TEST Q5  . If NOT as specified, repair Black wire between test connector and ground.
