Window Regulator: Installation

Install window regulator through the access hole in the rear door and slide arm roller into glass bracket C-channel. Install four rivets using Heavy Duty Riveter (D80L-23200-A) or equivalent, or four 6mm-20 x 12.7mm (1/4-inch-20 x 1/2-inch) screw and washer assemblies and four 6mm (1/4-inch) nut and washer assemblies to secure manual regulator mounting plate to door inner panel. Cycle glass to check for smooth operation. Install watershield and door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL  .
