Short Circuit Check

Verify ignition is off. Verify steering wheel rotation sensor and EVO control module are disconnected. Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance at steering sensor connector between pins No. 18 and 19. Measure resistance at steering sensor between pin No. 18 and 6. Measure resistance between pins No. 19 and 6 at EVO control module connector. If resistance is less than 10 ohms, repair harness as necessary and proceed to QUICK TEST G1  . If resistance is greater than 1000 ohms, proceed to QUICK TEST I6  .
