Pressure Feedback Exhaust Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

Pressure Feedback Electronic (PFE) EGR Sensor:

1. Locate Pressure Feedback EGR (PFE) sensor on bulkhead.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from sensor.
3. Remove sensor by unscrewing retaining bolt(s) and disconnecting hose.



INSTALLATION


1. Install the PFE sensor.
2. Tighten the sensor retaining bolt to 6-8 ft lb (8-11.5 Nm).
3. Connect hose to the sensor.
4. Connect the electrical connector to sensor.
