Testing Steering Wheel Rotation Sensor Power

Turn ignition on. Using a voltmeter, measure voltage between pins No. 5 and 12. If voltage is zero, circuit is open or shorted. Repair harness and proceed to QUICK TEST A1  . If battery voltage is measured, proceed to QUICK TEST C7  .
