Power Circuits

Using a voltmeter, check for battery voltage between PCM terminal No. 1 (KAPWR) and ground. Check for battery voltage at terminals No. 37 and 57 (VPWR). If battery voltage is not present, power is not being supplied from EEC power relay. See CIRCUIT TEST B in TESTS W/CODES - EEC-IV article in this section.
