Control Module Digital Display Does Not Light (Blower Off)

Check fuses. Check for open battery and ignition circuits to control panel. Check for open ground circuit to control panel. Control panel is grounded at left front side of engine compartment, at radiator support. Check for defective control panel. Repair or replace as necessary.
