EATC Control Module Turns On & Off Erratically With No System Control

Check for faulty charging system. EATC will not function with too low or too high battery voltage. Check battery voltage. If battery voltage is not 10-16 volts, charging system is faulty. DO NOT replace EATC control panel. Repair charging system.
